The cooling water circulating in the cover and cooling jacket chamber of the machines causes erosion and deformation of the surfaces. These abrasions cause water leaks in the machine over time.

In such cases, the cover needs to be repaired with some appropriate process. The procedure which implement for recondition is extremely important in terms of material strength. This procedure affects the life of your material.

Therefore, we carry out the recondition processes we have implemented in the required quality and standards. In these cases, first of all, after the mechanical and chemical cleaning of the material, the material temperature, welding fillings and turning and grinding operations are performed according to the original dimensions in our special industrial furnace according to the appropriate heat treatment temperature. As a result of the operations performed, necessary tests and controls are performed and delivered to the customer.

I would like to mention that the most sensitive process here is the procedure that should be followed when raising the material to the appropriate welding temperature. This process is automatically adjusted gradually in our special furnace.
